You find a website, it has testimonials section, you read it, believe it, book on the course, find out it's rubbish but it's the only course you know (and sometimes you can't compare it and even still think it was a good course) and then find out it's not genuine at all - it was copy and pasted from another website!

The other message boards are actually not only run by but owned by tiling training centre's and tiling tool suppliers and they have one interest also - but that's to sell you tools and courses!
Fake members, bias reviews, untrustworthy comments are all common problems with trusted feedback posted on message boards that are governed by businesses using them to sell directly to you.
